Words from the Founder

At Purpose Initiative Solutions, our mission is both intentional and deeply personal: to ensure every individual we serve is met with dignity, clarity, and genuine care. You are more than paperwork, deadlines, or processes — and your experience should reflect that.

Too often, people are forced to navigate systems that overlook the human side of service. Purpose Initiative Solutions was created to offer something different: dependable support grounded in integrity, discretion, and thoughtful attention to detail, especially during moments that require trust and steady guidance.

Our foundation is built on professionalism, reliability, and meaningful service. Whether managing important documentation, supporting sensitive transitions, or helping clients prepare for critical next steps, we prioritize clear communication, consistent follow-through, and peace of mind.

Every interaction reflects the responsibility entrusted to us — and we do not take that responsibility lightly.

Meet the Founder

I’m LaDawne, the founder of Purpose Initiative Solutions.

I didn’t build this business because the path was easy — I built it because I understand firsthand how difficult it can be to move forward without clarity, structure, or dependable support. As a single mother raising two teenage sons, including one on the autism spectrum, I’ve learned resilience, adaptability, and the importance of showing up with intention in every area of life and work.

Those experiences shaped not only who I am, but the foundation of this business.

Purpose Initiative Solutions was created to turn overwhelming moments into structured, meaningful support grounded in professionalism, accountability, and care. I understand that behind every document, deadline, and decision is a person navigating something important.

That’s why I approach every client interaction with precision, discretion, and genuine respect for the responsibility entrusted to me. Your time matters. Your goals matter. Your peace of mind matters.

This is more than a business.

It is Purpose Applied — and Progress Achieved.

I didn’t just start a business — I planted a seed for something bigger to grow and flourish.”
