I’m LaDawne, the founder of Purpose Initiative Solutions.
I built this business not because the path was easy, but because I know firsthand how hard it is to move forward without clarity, structure, or dependable support. As a single mother raising two teenage sons—including one who is on the autism spectrum—I bring resilience, perspective, and intention into every aspect of my work. Those lived experiences shaped my commitment.
